Job Description

Literacy Specialist Job Description

The Shaker Heights City School District is seeking a Long-Term SubstituteLiteracy Specialistfor our Fernway Elementary location. You must have the appropriate license from the Ohio State Board of Education (SBOE) to be considered for this position.

Details:

Pay Rate:$286 - $306 per day after 16 days (based on level of education)
Length of Assignment: August 14 2025 -November 25 2025
Location: Fernway Elementary (Grades K-5)
Required Licensure: Substitute or Educator Licensure from the Ohio SBOE
