CFLR is seeking a Vice President of Programsa steady presence and energetic stabilizerto guide our programmatic vision with structure integrity and heart. Were not just hiring for a position; were calling in someone who can help us land the plane when things feel chaotic someone who brings both emotional intelligence and operational strength.

What Youll Do:
- Provide visionary leadership and oversight to CFLRs programs with a focus on recovery substance use and mental health services.
- Anchor operations while co-creating big ideashelping turn strategy into action.
- Intuit team and organizational energy holding structure and space for others without over-explaining.
- Create clarity and cohesion across departments.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO helping lead with grace truth and transparency.
Were looking for a seasoned leader with a heart for community health and recovery. Instead of one fixed path we value a blend of education and lived or professional experience that reflects emotional intelligence operational strength and a deep commitment to service.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A strong foundation in leadership within nonprofit recovery or behavioral health settings.
- Background in fields such as community health public health psychology counseling organizational leadership or social justice.
- Proven experience in program development team supervision and systems-level thinking.
- Deep understanding of substance use mental health and trauma-informed care with a passion for supporting individuals and families in recovery.
- Ability to anchor structure hold emotional complexity and build trust across diverse teams.
Formal degrees (e.g. Masters or Bachelors in related fields) are welcome but not requiredwe equally value lived experience and leadership grounded in real-world impact.
