Job Description
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy recruiting development and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will own end-to-end development from front-end interfaces to back-end systems. As a Software Engineer on our team you will be responsible for designing prototyping and implementing solutions with rapid turnaround. Youll manage the complete development lifecycle from initial architecture to production deployment working across both front-end and back-end technologies. This includes ensuring code quality through comprehensive testing implementing security best practices and driving deployment strategies. The role requires strong full stack capabilities including front-end development skills and the ability to collaborate on UX design to create production-ready solutions.
Our customers are in search of vetted solutions to rapidly solve business challenges. Whether customers prefer off-the-shelf deployments or customizable architectures our team builds solutions for a broad range of industry and technology use cases.

We are part of the AWS Solutions engineering team within the Specialist Org. The teams charter is to develop easy-to-use repeatable scalable solutions and go-to-market programs. We leverage our domain expertise to work backward from the needs of buyers and builders and we anticipate and invent on their behalf. Solutions integrate AWS services capabilities and partners. Theyre purpose-built to address priority customer use cases and the innovation modernization and transformational business outcomes our customers seek. Our solutions and programs help customers achieve outcomes measurably faster with lower effort and risk.
- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
