We are seeking a part-time team member for our Levelland location to greet customers in a warm friendly tone both in person and over the phone. Front desk and/or Reception experience is a plus but not necessary. Effective teamwork is required for success; those who do not work well in a group need not apply.

Qualified applicants can expect to be contacted for a phone interview. Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome in person and on the phone for all guests
- Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department
- Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units
- Organize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and used
- Daily key log upkeep - check out and returned
- Update location of vehicles in system
- Report removed customer trade in plates in web-dealer
Qualifications
- Front Desk/Reception experience is preferred
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Outgoing positive and enthusiastic when greeting guests
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Schedule
- M-F Mornings 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Every other Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
