This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person at our St. Louis Missouri office.
The Reporting Lead Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing sales support for new and existing clients. Modeling claims data to determine network participation in various standard and custom pharmacy network solutions. Communicating the results to multiple groups and levels of management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of standard reporting analysis models and tools used to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions related to network solutions.
Extract analyze and validate large sets of data used for reporting both internally and externally.
Analyze trends provide analysis and develop recommendations for a variety of projects.
Report information to management and decision makers. May create presentations and/or reports to communicate key messages and recommendations.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Economics or Finance preferred
2 years experience in reporting finance analysis and/or accounting
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office needed.
Basic SQL experience required experience with Teradata R a plus
Ability to utilize independent judgment and discretion and recommend solutions
