Job DescriptionAssistant to the PresidentJob Responsibilities: - Support the President of the college in developing and executing well-planned strategies to achieve the institutions strategic goals.
- Create and assist with committee proposals which further the mutual interests of the specific department and the college.
- Help cultivate a positive on-campus experience by hosting launching and supporting operations that encourage engagement of employees and students for their mutual benefit.
- Act as a liaison between the presidents executive team and professional groups accrediting bodies and community/government agencies.
- Proactively promote Trinitys brand by engaging with members of the community both online and in person.
- Work with leaders to identify and support grant-writing initiatives.
- Plan projects and provide documentation of the processes and progress reports to meet agreed upon goals anticipated completion.
- Assist the president in providing support for department heads in reaching their recruiting goals and retention goals for optimum enrollment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the president.
