Learn more about us at: you will do
- Support a busy mobile home community by performing community maintenance and work orders
- Mow lawn remove weeds and brush and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
- Open clogged drains fix leaks and perform other plumbing jobs
- Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
- Change light bulbs may replace fixtures and complete similar electrical tasks
- Pressure washing
- Perform carpentry tasks such as installing doors replacing locks and repairing steps rails and fencing.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
- Run errands to get maintenance supplies or equipment
- Must be able to live onsite
- 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Ability to push pull lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- $22/hour DOE
- Employee Housing ($900 discount on rent you pay $500 plus utilities)
