Job Summary
Within Development and Technology Department we are looking for a Package Development Engineer who will be primarly responsible as Primary & Secondary package technical competence representative.
This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy).
What you will do
as our new Pachage Development Engineer you will:
- Act as Team Member in SCRUM Teams supporting projects with specific package technical competence
- Support the definition of technical requirements within package specific area
- Support the translation of requiremnts into package design
- Support the definition of V&V strategy related to Package area and TD projects and execute it
- Write test specifications analysis and document results using reports
- Coordinate know how to execute all package activities according to existing procedures standards and methods in partnership with suppliers specialists and consultancies
- Support root cause investigations on package performance and functionality
- Support risk assessment for package
- Support the development & implementation of new procedures test & validation methods according to requirements in cooperation with test method owners
We believe you have
- You have University degree in scientific disciplines like Material Engineering Chemist Physics or similar and knowledge of laboratory activities
- You have good English knowledge both written and spoken
- You are well acquainted and self-sufficient in Physical Testing and you have knowledge in requirement management procedure
- Experience in the package area is a plus
- Experience in the product development process in the package area is highly appreciated as well as experience in technical test methodologies in the area of primary and secondary packaging
- You are open minded
- You are a good team player able to create good relationship on a professional level sharing your knowledge with others exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
- You have good drive skills and can take initiatives managing tasks and activities independently taking decision within the defined area of responsibility
- You have good analytical skills you are clear in communication and can manage complexity and ambiguity
