Job Summary
Performing basic laboratory testing; preparing media; maintaining equipment; entering data with a basic understanding into theory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform basic laboratory techniques/analyses or prepare media based on job function
- Enter data into computer system
- Maintain/calibrate equipment
- Prepare and wash glassware
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in the US without immediate or possibility of future sponsorship
- Attention to detail; able to do repetitive work; read/follow written instructions; organize/prioritize workload; work with others; perform multiple tasks simultaneously; organized and logical thinking (i.e. intuitiveness deductive reasoning); flexibility; function under medium stress level
Additional Preferences:
Some college science courses; at least one year experience in bio/pharmaceutical laboratory
Additional Information :
Working schedule will be Full-Time First Shift M-F 8am-4pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. No relocation assistance will be given. This position is NOT remote.
