W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Bars Supervisor for our 29/30 outlet. Reporting to the Director of Beverage and Food this integral role will lead and engage a team of fun-loving individuals who share one goal of creating authentic guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Display hands on leadership and lead by example
- Reiterate and identify training needs for brand standards toensure consistency quality and luxury service is delivered to all our guests
- Foster a positive and fun culture for the team to improve team relationships and performance
- Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best
- Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
