Now Hiring: Tool Crib Attendant

Job Duties
- Maintain an organized and efficient tool crib; ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored tracked and maintained.
- Review shop lists MRP data and work orders to fulfill requests for tools materials and supplies.
- Issue and track tools checked in and out by machinists and other personnel.
- Clean inspect and perform basic sharpening or maintenance of tools.
- Assemble accurate tooling kits in coordination with programming and setup teams.
- Assist machinists with tooling-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments to tools and tooling components as needed.
- Follow all internal procedures including inventory control MRP use and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Maintain a clean safe and orderly work area.
- At least basic experience in a tool crib inventory control or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of the machining process and ability to communicate with programming/setup teams.
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers calipers and torque wrenches.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (including GD&T).
- Intermediate shop math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MRP systems email and basic computer applications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine dexterity for handling small parts.
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record (for occasional use of company vehicle).
- Strong attention to detail and interest in inventory accuracy.
- Must be a dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
Full-time Shifts: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)
Pay Range: $18.50-$26.50 per hour

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work is performed in an open warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes noise vibrations fumes and chemicals.
- Frequent sitting bending kneeling walking repetitive motion and fine dexterity.
- Frequent lifting pushing and pulling up to 20lbs (occasionally 21-50 lbs).
- Frequent driving of company vehicles and occasional forklift operation.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and vision (with or without corrective assistance) for detailed tasks.
ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR including U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) and certain protected individuals.
