POSITION CNC Machine Operator I
JOB LOCATION Chippewa Falls WI
STARTING DATE Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday)
STARTING PAY Up to $20.00 per hour based on experience

EDUCATION High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years related experience in a metal fabrication setting; and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Machine Operator I is responsible for operating machines in accordance with program and product specifications to produce small to medium-sized components either as finished products or as parts of larger assemblies.
Responsibilities
Operates CNC machines to manufacture production parts and assemblies.
Positions parts accurately using various fastening devices.
Utilizes hand-held electrical and pneumatic tools as needed.
Operates lift equipment when required.
Employs precision measuring tools as necessary.
Verifies the accuracy of completed products or batch inspections as needed.
Reports defective materials discrepancies process malfunctions or non-compliant products to the Department Lead.
Keeps the work area and equipment clean and organized while adhering to safety regulations.
Completes all necessary paperwork including in-process or carbon copy production sheets.
Qualifications
Proven ability to operate various hand tools understand mechanical processes and possess knowledge of electronics and basic hydraulics.
Capable of performing addition subtraction multiplication and division in all units of measure including whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules operating instructions maintenance and repair manuals and procedural guides.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout your shift.
