Job Description

We are thrilled to announce amajor contract win with Yorkshire Water supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond!


We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Co-Ordinatorto join our team in Yorkshire You will be responsible for supporting the planning execution and monitoring of various projects. Ensuring that you are providing exceptional customer service across the Bradford Area

About the role:

  • Location: Bradford Yorkshire.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: 28000
  • 24 Days holiday Bank Holidays


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Assist in the planning scheduling and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts timelines meeting notes and progress reports.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate communication between clients team members and vendors.
  • Task Management: Monitor project timelines milestones and deliverables ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Resource Allocation: Support the management of project resources ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Tracking: Help track project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management clients and other stakeholders.
  • Permit Management: Ensuring that permits for roadworks are properly applied for and granted including scheduling approvals and compliance with local authority regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations




Experience and Qualifications:

    • Proactive: You take initiative and are eager to learn. Youre not afraid to ask questions and seek guidance when communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills allowing you to engage with candidates and colleagues effectively.
    • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with others to achieve shared goals
    • Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks with ease.
