Position: B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: On-Site Richmond Hill ON
Type: Full-Time Salary Benefits Paid Time Off
Reports To: Marketing Lead B2B/ISP Strategy
Were looking for a highly motivated B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads and support campaign execution across key verticals including Healthcare Hospitality Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Franchise businesses. This is a full-time on-site role based in Richmond Hill ON reporting directly to the Marketing Lead for B2B/ISP Strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build targeted lead lists by vertical aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Create and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email phone LinkedIn and event follow-ups) to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to support campaign planning and manage lead funnel tracking (e.g. demo kits webinar registrations NFR campaigns)Track and analyze campaign performance providing data-backed insights to refine messaging outreach tactics and vertical-specific strategies
Support trade shows and industry events including lead capture and handoff processes to ensure seamless transition to Sales
Enrich and validate lead data by researching directories associations and digital engagement signals
Stay current on industry trends and events within priority verticals to identify new opportunities and partnerships
Travel may be required within the province or interprovincially for trade shows events or sales support
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing lead generation or vertical-specific sales enablement
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
Proven experience with CRM platforms and list-building tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong communication skills - written verbal and interpersonal
Data-driven approach with a strong grasp of lead scoring conversion metrics and performance reporting
Experience working with channel or partner marketing teams is a strong asset
Familiarity with the Canadian telecom or technology landscape is a plus
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
