Your Leadership Impact

As the Lead Flexologist youll excel in three core areas that are critical to the success of both your team and clients:

• Lead motivate and develop a talented team of Flexologists through hands-on training certification programs and workshops.
• Organize and deliver advanced technique sessions to ensure your team masters StretchLabs unique methodology.
• Elevate service quality across all client interactions ensuring every session is exceptional.

Wellness Architect:

• Design and deliver transformative personalized stretching experiences that empower clients to feel and move their best.
• Create individualized flexibility programs that align with each clients unique needs and goals.
• Conduct detailed movement assessments and track progress to guide clients on their transformation journeys.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients maintaining a high level of trust and satisfaction.

Strategic Leader:

• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to drive business growth and raise the studios profile within the Powell community.
• Optimize team scheduling to ensure superior service during peak hours and maintain excellent client coverage.
• Lead local community outreach initiatives to highlight the benefits of assisted stretching.
• Maintain a welcoming clean and top-tier studio environment that promotes a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Required Expertise

Were looking for someone with a professional background in one or more of the following fields:

• Physical Therapy Assistant/Aide
• Massage Therapy
• Personal Training
• Dance/Yoga/Pilates Instruction

Essential Qualifications:

• A current fitness certification (NASM ACE etc.).
• Hands-on experience training clients in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong passion for developing and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire clients and team members alike.

Training Journey:

• Complete our exclusive 20-hour online mastery program to deepen your stretch knowledge.
• Attend a 2-day intensive in-person training to refine your technique.
• Lead ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and leadership capabilities.

Schedule Leadership:

• Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
• Availability to manage peak client hours while supporting team development.
