NOV is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Amelia LA. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will maintain warehouse deliveries and help our customers with updated shipping reports.
Job Summary:
Execute Picking Shipping or Receiving
Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed or shipped.
Move items to appropriate areas.
Record amounts of materials or items moved into the computer database.
Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean orderly and safe manner.
Log transport truck deliveries.
Maintain truck counts upon shipping departures and take pictures.
Update Customers with requested reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Microsoft Suite experience preferred
