Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Cincinnati OH. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership team development and strategic planning. As a Leadership Development Associate you will work closely with department heads and executive leaders to support initiatives that cultivate talent improve performance and drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent development needs
Facilitate training sessions workshops and leadership assessments
Track and evaluate leadership performance metrics
Support succession planning and mentorship efforts
Research and apply best practices in leadership and organizational development
Prepare reports presentations and documentation for stakeholders
Participate in strategic planning and change management projects
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership development training or talent management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Proactive adaptable and committed to continuous learning
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Project management experience is a plus
