$80000.00 Salary/year
1st Shift

Description

Engineering responsibilities.

1. CNC Program Control: (Future project) Create system for controlling machining programs

2. Fixture Design- Design and build cost reduction fixtures for machining department.

3. Design new products through SolidWorks to determine process capability and manufacturing methods.

4. Time Studies- Perform studies to verify production times meet targets.

5. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.

6. Maintain NPI tracking sheet email updates every Monday Wednesday & Friday.

7. Quality Support support quality department through the use of quality skills ie PPAPs FEMAs ISO9001 Gaging methods.

8. Compile ROI for justification of capital projects.

9. Lead project proposals/updates to management meetings.

Qualifications

1. Efficient in SolidWorks and Autocad

2. 5 years metal fabrication experience

3. Microsoft Office experience required.

4. Ability to work in high paced environment

5. Bachelors degree in related Engineering or Technology field.

Salary will be based on experience.
