I-5 Cars is seeking a thorough responsible and detail-oriented Car Detail Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning and detailing services for vehicle interiors and exteriors ensuring each vehicle meets our company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests
- Operate buffers steamers vacuums hoses and other detailing equipment
- Apply cleaning protective and restorative products to maintain vehicle appearance
- Perform inspections and accurately document each vehicles condition
- Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with the team
- Ask questions when clarification is needed and seek assistance when necessary
- Work cooperatively in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
- Full-time Monday-Friday position
Compensation:
Hourly Base Rate: $16.66 $18.00/hour depending on experience
Flat-Rate Wages: $16.66 $30.00/hour based on hours flagged and meeting physical performance requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand bend kneel crouch and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly
- Repetitive motion involved in scrubbing wiping and operating equipment
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat cold and humidity
- Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks throughout an entire shift
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
- Prior detailing or automotive experience is a plus but not required
