Were seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to serve as Chief of Staff to the CHRO overseeing the HR portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives. In this high-impact role youll partner with the CHRO and HR leadership to drive alignment execution and measurable outcomes across the function.

Reporting to the Head of HRC Strategy & Planning youll lead governance prioritization and delivery of key programs that support business goalsensuring HR operates with clarity focus and impact.

What Youll Bring:

  • 7 years of experience in strategy and business planning
  • 4 years in a program management capacity leading enterprise-wide projects and initiatives
  • HR & Consulting experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively across a variety of situations and audiences
  • Demonstrated success working and thriving in a matrixed organizational environment
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with a strong ability to create executive-level presentations and reports
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% including occasional overnight and primarily domestic travel
  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations or a related field

Impact Youll Make:

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Lead the development and execution of the HR & Communications three-year plan (3YP) including board materials executive reviews and communication strategies.
  • Manage key operational rhythms for the CHRO and senior HR leadership including staff meetings business reviews and board presentationsowning agendas materials and follow-ups.
  • Drive internal and external communications related to HR strategy initiatives and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.

HR Portfolio Management

  • Establish and lead the HR Portfolio Management Office (PMO) overseeing initiative intake prioritization and execution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the HR project portfolio ensuring alignment with business strategy and resource capacity.
  • Evolve governance processes for portfolio reporting risk management and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with HR COEs HRBPs and business leaders to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166800.00 - $250000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
