The Opportunity:
W are seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand to our COO. This is a unique opportunity to play a mission-critical role at the heart of a high-growth healthcare services business operating across numerous states. As Chief of Staff youll help drive alignment accountability and execution across a broad range of initiatives that are central to scaling our operations. This role is ideal for a strong operator with analytical horsepower executive presence and a bias for action.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Partner to the COO
- Serve as a trusted advisor and operational thought partner to the COO.
- Orchestrate the Value Creation Plan (VCP): own timelines coordinate reviews and drive accountability.
- Lead the evaluation process for new hospital partners entering our joint venture model.
Operational & Financial Analysis
- Conduct data-driven analyses to uncover performance trends and operational opportunities.
- Standardize and support ROI assessments for capital investments across our hospitals.
- Track and report on key initiatives (e.g. 25 for 25) to maintain momentum and executive focus.
- Monitor value-generating capital expenditures and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Team Building & Onboarding
- Build and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience for new Operations team members.
- Support recruiting efforts through candidate screening and scheduling to maximize leadership efficiency.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team on high-priority pilots and special projects.
- Manage and track pilot programs synthesize insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze hospital performance metricsincluding patient experience dataand distill actionable insights.
Operations Communications & Enablement
- Shape internal communications and design content for key Operations meetings and forums.
- Ensure the Operations organization is aligned around strategy priorities and performance.
Other Strategic Initiatives
- Contribute to broader organizational programs such as VPPs Value & Performance Program (VPP).
- Jump into critical projects as needed to support company-wide priorities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in operations consulting corporate strategy or healthcare management.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in executive reporting and modeling.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and lead across functions
- Highly organized resourceful and comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Annual salary range: $150000$175000 based on experience and qualifications.
