Job Description

Allinterno dei ristoranti - in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Sommelier si occupa:
di curare la gestione della cantina (inventari magazzino acquisti)
di programmare e creare la carta dei vini in collaborazione con il Sommelier
di gestire gli acquisti nel rispetto dei budget forniti e delle procedure interne degli acquisti
di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilit del team di sala
di registrare gli addebiti dei prodotti venduti
di supportare le esigenze degli ospiti incontrando i loro gusti e ottimizzando la vendita
di supportare la gestione della cantina dellOsteria Il Grigio
di effettuare verifiche su andamenti vendite e obiettivi in collaborazione con F&B Manager

Inside the Restaurants in agreement and under the supervision of the Head Sommelier  she/he takes care of:
to take care of the management of the cellar (inventories warehouse purchases)
to plan and create the wine list in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
to manage purchases in compliance with the budgets provided and with internal purchasing procedures
to participate in the work and responsibilities of the room team
to register the charges for the products sold
to support guests needs by meeting their tastes and optimizing sales
to support the management of the Osteria Il Grigio cellar
to carry out checks on sales trends and objectives in collaboration with the F&B Manager
 


Qualifications :

Formazione alberghiera
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
Una buona conoscenza dei vini
Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
Completano il profilo capacit comunicative e gestionali orientamento al cliente e team working
Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI

Hotel training
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
A good knowledge of wines
Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants R&C and/or 4/5* hotels
Communication and management skills customer orientation and team working complete the profile
 


Additional Information :

Contratto a tempo determinato (Luglio - Novembre 2025) con possibilit di conferma per la stagione successiva
Retribuzione commisurata alleffettiva esperienza della risorsa scelta
Disponibilit full time da luned a domenica con un giorno di riposo

Fixed-term contract (July - November 2025) with the possibility of confirmation for the following season
