Manage the candidate pipeline for short- and long-term hiring
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in tech/data recruitment
Strong understanding of data roles tools and technologies
Hands-on experience with ATS & recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Naukri etc.)
Excellent communication & decision-making skills
Ability to evaluate both technical & soft skills
