Job Responsibilities
a) Provide all kinds of direct & indirect support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
b) Mindray Brand Positioning Awareness and Differentiate between us vis-a-vis other players.
c) Influence and drive luminaries / KOLs towards us and build relationship with corporate clients
d) Prepare & Conduct and Coordinate & Participate in various conferences seminars workshops.
e) Lead the creation and execution of fully integrated consumer marketing plans including advertising public relations product launches and consumer promotion activities.
f) Getting Marketing Kits Invitations etc. prepared.
g) Work with channel partners to understand the market and plan marketing activities in the region.
h) To get market updates / competition strategy / activities and provide analysis for the same.
i) Increase value proposition of offers made to target customers.
j) Product positioning
Preference:
1) MBA in Marketing
2) Holding good PMLS domain knowledge.
3) Should have the mix of Product & Sales Management & experience in managing SKA accounts & KOL customers.
4) Analytical skills on market mapping Competition trending etc are a must to value add the Profile
