We are seeking to recruit an Educational Intervention Officer to take responsibility for providing a complementary and supportive service to colleagues and external agencies that work with students and their families whose difficulties are providing a barrier to their learning attendance and progress at school.

This role was introduced last year with a view of improving learning and raising attainment improving attendance supporting SEND pupils and raising standards of behaviour in designated schools within the Trust.

The role will focus on the following key aspects:
