What Youll Bring:

Were looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team.

Day to Day Youll Be:

  • Leading the budgeting forecasting and long-term planning processes for the UK & Europe Business co-ordinating with International senior stakeholders
  • Leading the month-end deliverables for FP&A providing insightful financial analysis
  • Championing and driving continuous improvements in reporting tools and FP&A processes
  • Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations
  • Leading mentoring and developing a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of high performance and resilience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A professional qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA)
  • Proven experience in FP&A or a similar finance role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership that is adaptable and resilient with a high degree of emotional intelligence
