NXTGEN is working closely with a forward-thinking and people-focused firm to recruit a learning and Development Coordinator into their growing HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to join play a pivotal role in continuing to shape the professional development of a talented and ambitious workforce. Youll work closely with the Manager to deliver impactful learning initiatives drive compliance with continued professional development requirements with the aim to enhance the firms performance even further.

As the new Learning & Development Coordinator you will be tasked with creating engaging learning experiences identifying development needs and delivering training solutions that make a real difference. If youre passionate about supporting people and enjoy a people facing role this could be the perfect new role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the firms Continued Professional Development (CPD) for employees across all levels.
  • Proactively find new training and development opportunities to support ongoing CPD for the firm and individuals.
  • Plan & deliver training courses & sessions with employees at various levels
  • Act as an internal expert on learning needs advising on best-fit solutions to support individual progression pathways.
  • Work closely with external training providers as well as manage the firms working relationship with them

What theyre looking for:

  • Working knowledge of key learning and development processes and initiatives.
  • Confident responding to a wide range of learning and development queries.
  • Excellent planning problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of professional accountancy qualifications is preferred but not essential.
