Description

Forensic Investigations: We leverage cutting-edge technology to advise clients on disputes and litigation fraud and corruption employee malfeasance compliance failures regulatory probes sanctions breaches unexplained business/transactional failures money laundering shareholder disputes leaks of information IP infringement monitorships and asset search and recovery.

Intelligence: We harvest and analyze public record and human source intelligence to support client decision making on M&A capital markets activity joint ventures political risk new market entry supply chain integrity reputational risk management and other strategic initiatives.

Navigating Responsibilities:

The Intern will be expected to carry out the following tasks as part of their role:

  • Carry out research by using databases internet and public domain tools.
  • Collating and organizing large volumes of data.
  • Document and e-mail review and analysis.
  • Interrogation of financial and accounting data.
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues to inform of progress of case work highlighting key issues where necessary.
  • Organize case files maintain accurate research records and record all billable costs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Current Degree Pursuit:Social Sciences Economic or Business Administration background are beneficialalthough not mandatory
  • Task Prioritization:Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team to detail.
  • Awareness of sensitivities of working in a variety of cultural and political environments
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese or another language is a plus.
