Employment Type: Contract (13 Months)
Compensation Details:
Administration 12 : Salaries typically range from $45479 to $60639 annually based on qualifications and experiences plus a performance-based incentive.
Location:
Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment currently requiring employees to work in the office 2 days per week. (subject to change)
This role can be performed from EDCs headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs located in Montreal.

Team Overview:
The Office Administrator/Coordinator is primarily responsible for the support of the office of the Vice President. The Office Administrator/Coordinator supports the daily functions of the Vice President and her direct reports prepared and attends meetings and records minutes and ensures the filing of information remains relevant and up-to-date. The Office Administrator/Coordinator leverages activities and provides recommendations to the leadership team and VP as well as liaise VP with the groups Senior Vice President and other executives. The Office Administrator/Coordinator will have group budget management (reconciliation maintenance and forecasting) responsibilities.
