POSITION SUMMARY
A Line X Technician will apply Line X by applying basecoat and texture coat. They will coordinate with Line X vendors to maintain electrical and mechanical machinery. The Line X Technician will apply bedliner and flatblack to meet specs and uphold customer desires. Also they will prepare individual parts by sanding and priming.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Applies Line X by applying basecoat and texture coat.
- Coordinate with Line X vendors to maintain electrical and mechanical machinery.
- Applies bedliner and flatblack to meet specs and uphold customer desires.
- Prepares individual parts by sanding and priming.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Knowledge Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Strong mechanical and technical ability required.
- Associate degree in autobody preferred.
- 2 years of experience in autobody preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Line X preferred.

Skills:
Language:
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
Math:
- Able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers fractions and decimals.
Computer:
- Able to perform simple computer tasks to obtain information/changes related to the build process and/or troubleshoot.

Abilities:
- Able to identify quality issues recognize changes within the production process and adjust as needed.
- Able to prioritize work and to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Able to understand and follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment for all.
