Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Crafts By Elegance. This full-time mid-level position is based in Bangalore Urban Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales preferably within the interior design industry. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and leading our sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales role with a maximum of 6 years in relevant industries.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team effectively and achieve desired sales targets within set deadlines.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software for tracking sales activities managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals contracts and partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability in solution selling focusing on matching customer needs with suitable design solutions.
- Experience in lead generation managing sales pipelines and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market presence and customer base.
- Manage customer relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking research and referrals.
- Coordinate with our design and project management teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking activities to promote Crafts By Elegance.
