Position: Relationship Manager
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in products such as Home Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) Business Loans Micro LAP and Machinery Loans.
Primary Responsibilities:
Source structure and service clients by offering a range of secure and unsecured financial products primarily catering to the MSME segment from both the open market and DSA.
Address client queries and ensure timely resolution within the set TAT.
Collaborate with support functions (Credit/Ops) to ensure smooth disbursement processes.
Provide valuable market feedback and competitor analysis to help enhance our offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) Business Loans Micro LAP Machinery Loans or related financial products.
Must be locally based in the respective location.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
