Job Summary: As an HR Executive in Talent Acquisition you will play a crucial role in sourcing
attracting and hiring the best candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work
closely with hiring managers and other HR professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment
process. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings conducting interviews and managing
candidate pipelines to ensure we meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and
create compelling job postings. Use various sourcing methods including online job boards social media
and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial
phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
Assessment and Evaluation: Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as necessary. Participate
in interview debriefs and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Offer Management: Work with the HR team to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
with selected candidates.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including completing necessary paperwork
and conducting orientation sessions.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking
System (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the
recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in Agribusiness Industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full Time
