This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai Andheri (Chandivali)
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction responding to customer feedback and collaborating with other teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Customer Service Customer Support and Customer Experience skills
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues
