Were Hiring a Junior Tele-Calling / Sales Executive (Female)
Female Candidates only preferred from Coimbatore nearby (Sulur Neelambur Kaniyur Somanur Chinniyampalayam SITRA Hope College Peelamedu Ondiputhur Singanallur) & nearby Palani (Thalaiyuthu) Regions only*
Position:Female Junior Tele-Calling / Sales Executive
Location:Coimbatore (Neelambur)* & Thalaiyuthu (Palani)*
Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Languages: Tamil* English* & (Hindi Malayalam Kannada Telugu)* Preferably Min 3 Languages ability to speak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone email and telephone.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Provide detailed information on features benefits pricing and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and send quotations process orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Any degree/ Business Administration or related field.
Experience:Minimum1 yearinTelecalling / Sales (preferably in theAutomotive industry).
Skills:Strong analytical problem-solvingcommunication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Other Requirements:Attention to detail ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
