How you will contribute to EveryPays vision
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships serving as a primary point of contact to address inquiries and resolve issues while overseeing the setup and configuration of Point of Sale (POS) systems prior to deployment in retail or business environments.
What will you be doing:
- Engaging with customers through various channels to address inquiries resolve complaints and issues escalating complex problems as needed following up to ensure satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust
- Installing and configuring POS terminals as well as managing associated inventory and orders process
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products services and processes
- Working with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
We will appreciate if you have:
- A Bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of experience. Experience in a similar financial services or payments industry will be considered as a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and conveying information effectively
- Ability to analyze issues identify solutions and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Attentively listen to customers understand their needs and empathize with their concerns
- Experience in the installation and management of POS terminals will be highly valued
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve common goals
- Adaptable to changing situations customer needs and business requirements
