- About the Role:
As one of the Year 1 Class Teachers you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to inspire and challenge our young learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels confident to learn.
- Be part of our team and work closely with colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with pupils parents and staff to support our shared goals for success.
- About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- Is an enthusiastic teacher who has high expectations of childrens learning and behaviour.
- Be interested in innovative approaches to the school curriculum and a creative approach to learning.
- Is committed to upholding our school ethos and creating opportunities for all children to thrive.
- Values teamwork and is eager to contribute to our positive school culture.
- Has good time management and organisational skills.
- Be a reflective practitioner; open to new ideas about how to enhance childrens learning.
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to his/her own personal and professional development.
