Job Description
We are partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing specialist in Building Energy Management Systems that delivers comprehensive solutions across commercial critical and public sector environments throughout the UK. As they continue to secure a growing pipeline of major projects across the capital they are now seeking experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers to join their expanding London team.
Were looking for highly skilled engineers with a proven background commissioning BMS systems using Schneider (EcoStruxure) Tridium (Niagara) or Distech. These systems are central to current and upcoming projects.
Youll be responsible for commissioning testing and fine-tuning BMS systems to ensure seamless performance working closely with project teams and clients across London.
What Youll Do:
- Commissioning and configuration of BMS systems (Schneider EcoStruxure Tridium Niagara or Distech preferred)
- System testing fault-finding and validation in line with design and compliance standards
- Integration with third-party systems (HVAC metering lighting controls)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings schematics and control panel layouts
- Producing commissioning reports system documentation and client handover packs
- Working collaboratively with project managers contractors and in-house service teams
- Supporting technical queries post-commissioning and ensuring system optimisation
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in commissioning Building Management Systems (ideally Schneider Tridium or Distech)
- Strong understanding of HVAC plant operation and control strategies
- Experience working with BMS protocols (e.g. BACnet Modbus LonWorks)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a project delivery team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- CSCS/ECS card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Full UK driving licence desirable
