On offer is a competitive salary of up to 50000 depending on experience along with an attractive benefits package and opportunities for career progression.
As an Accounts Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of incorporated businesses overseeing all compliance matters including annual accounts and corporation tax returns
Act as the primary point of contact for clients nurturing strong and long-lasting relationships
Support personal tax planning for individuals within your portfolio
Supervise and mentor junior team members conducting regular reviews and training
Oversee workflow and ensure deadlines and key performance indicators are met
Contribute to the wider practice by managing billing WIP and identifying opportunities for cross-servicing and business development
Champion the firms services both internally and externally
To be successful in this Accounts Manager role you will ideally have:
Full ACA or ACCA qualification
Strong background in practice-based accounting including experience with incorporated and unincorporated clients
Familiarity with systems such as IRIS Sage and Xero (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent people management and organisational skills
A proactive solutions-led approach with a passion for developing people and processes
