Job Description
YOUR MISSION
Were seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our IT department.
As an intern you will work closely with our experienced IT professionals gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support for a Global company.
First-line in IT support for business users including troubleshooting system hardware and software issues via a ticketing application.
Maintenance of common office equipment such as printers conferencing and Audio & Video systems Wi-Fi etc.
Actively promote and support corporate tools such as Microsoft 365 Apps.
Actively promote and support corporate tools dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation -
Create and publish content related to IT communication training and IT onboarding.
Participating in a variety of projects including international ones.
Contribute to the creative development of departmental functionalities.
YOUR TALENT
Education:
University degree or equivalent level: IT Computer Science or a related field
Capabilities:
Willingness to learn and openness to new experiences
Ability to think analytically
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Specialized skills:
Knowledge of Windows 11 basic network issues Internet technologies Microsoft 365 Apps
English fluent (written and oral) its MUST Spanish and Italian will be a plus
