Swim Teacher Infant & Pre-School Aquatic Program (Training Provided)
Location: Triple S Swim School Multiple Locations in Greater Darwin Region
Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time

We deliver high-quality swimming and water safety education to children of all ages and abilities from infants to school-aged swimmers. Our team is passionate supportive and committed to nurturing water confidence in a safe fun and structured environment.
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Swim Teacher who is passionate about working with young children and is willing to be trained to teach infant and pre-school aquatic lessons. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow within a supportive team and make a lasting impact on the early development of water skills in children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging safe and age-appropriate swimming lessons
Build trust and rapport with young swimmers and their families
Follow structured lesson plans and adapt to childrens individual needs
Work closely with other instructors and the leadership team
Participate in on-the-job training and upskilling in early childhood aquatics
What Were Looking For:
A genuine love for working with children especially under 5s
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and be trained
An active Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
Availability for morning afternoon and/or weekend shifts
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Desirable (or willing to obtain with support):
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent
Infant and Pre-School Aquatics qualification
CPR & First Aid certification
