Are you a data-driven highly organized leader with exceptional analytical and communication skills preferably with experience in non-profit and/or behavioral health settings The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a a committed and focused individual to join our team.
As the Director of Quality Assurance and Support Services you will be charged with strengthening program effectiveness and overall agency service quality. This is a full-time on-site position offering the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and directly support our mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the organizations quality assurance and performance improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning and implementation of quality initiatives related to data tracking licensing and accreditation. As the Quality Improvement Coordinator (QIC) the individual sets and monitors PQI goals analyzes performance data in partnership with internal teams to enhance client outcomes and manages support services such as medical records and front desk operations.
Lead organization-wide quality initiatives and performance improvement as QIC including licensing accreditation and PQI goal-setting.
Analyze and report key performance data while overseeing support staff operations to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
Were looking for someone with a Bachelors (Masters preferred) in field that emphasizes numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. Knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards as well as experience in managing staff is required. Must have great attention to detail and a results driven approach.
