Job Description
Overview:
R77 is supporting an events company based in Malta Were they are seeking a highly organised and creative Events Manager to plan and execute high-impact events conferences and networking gatherings. This role involves full-cycle event management from planning to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and deliver events (live and virtual) across Malta and Europe
- Liaise with vendors venues and internal stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting logistics guest lists and sponsor requirements
- Ensure brand visibility and lead generation opportunities through events
- Prepare post-event reports gather feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements:

3 years in event management preferably in the gaming or tech sector

Strong project management and organisational skills

Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Experience with event platforms tools and CRM systems

Creative flexible and solution-orientated
