Location- Jhotwara Jaipur
Job Description
Set up and calibrate notching machines according to job specifications.
Load materials (metal sheets pipes or other workpieces) into the machine.
Operate the notching machine safely and efficiently to produce accurate cuts.
Adjust machine settings such as speed pressure and cutting anglesInspect finished products to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
Use measuring tools like calipers micrometers and gauges to check dimensions.
Identify and correct defects inconsistencies or malfunctions in the notching routine maintenance such as cleaning lubrication and replacing worn-out parts.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns to maintenance teams.
Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain operational appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves goggles and helmets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
