Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Reach truck Operators to join our team at a facility In Memphis Tennessee. As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse loading/unloading trucks and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a high-paced role that requires strong attention to safety detail and commitment to shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the Reach truck to move locate stack and count products.

- Load and unload products from trailers and place them in designated areas.

- Safely stack and retrieve products according to order sheets.

- Maintain high accuracy and careful handling to avoid damage to products or property.

- Assist with general warehouse duties such as general labor.

- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are operating safely.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience operating reach truck forklifts.

- Forklift certification preferred.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

-Ability to work a first shift Monday- Friday

Physical Requirements:

- Capability to stand sit bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Requirements Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience Additional courses in math, biology, chemistry, and physics would be advantageous. Excellent knowledge of lab safety. Knowledge of computer science and statistics is a plus. Strong analytical, observational, and time management skills. The ability to follow instructions and focus for extended periods. Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
