Job Overview

This full-time internship position as a Technical Sales Executive is based in Pune. The role entails promoting and selling engineering services managing client relationships understanding technical requirements and working closely with the engineering team to fulfill client needs.



This is an ideal position for freshers with less than two years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Market research and analysis experience is crucial in identifying potential clients and understanding market needs and trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Lead generation skills to efficiently create and maintain client lists and potential business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging PPT presentations to communicate product and service value to clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively to clients.
  • Strong contract negotiation abilities to ensure beneficial terms and conditions that align with company goals.
  • Customer relationship management capabilities to build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients.


  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field with an MBA desirable to enhance business acumen and strategy.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue through new and existing clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their engineering service requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform service development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to communicate the benefits and value of the companys engineering services.
