Transform Amazons Logistics Network through Innovative Labor Planning
Imagine developing flexible planning systems that empower our last-mile operations and enhance employee experiences across a complex dynamic network. In this role youll collaborate across teams to design solutions that drive operational excellence and support Amazons continuous growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate across Operations HR and Labor Planning teams to develop comprehensive labor planning solutions
- Drive strategic alignment through effective communication and comprehensive system implementations
- Analyze operational processes to define precise business requirements and develop optimal strategies
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle prioritizing features and ensuring smooth adoption
- Balance technical capabilities with business needs while overseeing system implementation and troubleshooting

Youll dive deep into operational challenges translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies and drive meaningful improvements that impact thousands of employees.

- 5 years of experience in product management program management or related technology roles
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
- Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery
- Strong understanding of feature development and product trade-offs
- Advanced experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of operational workflow optimization
- Experience in technology product management within complex organizational environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
