Job Description
Take your eDiscovery expertise to a firm that values flexibility precision and impactful litigation support. A leading law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Attorney (Off-Track Associate) to support its high-caliber Securities Litigation White Collar Defense and Commercial Litigation teams.
This hybrid position is a full-time or reduced schedule (minimum 75%) to support your work-life balance while maintaining a dynamic practice.
What Youll Do:
- Review analyze summarize and code high-volume document productions.
- Draft privilege and redaction logs.
- Manage eDiscovery workflows from retention and collection to production.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to evaluate content for relevance and cost-efficiency.
- Identify critical documents to advance client matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar membership in good standing.
- Proficiency in Relativity including keyword search development.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing large document productions.
- Ability to quickly grasp factual matters and apply them during document review.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.

- $150000 - $175000 base salary plus bonus
