Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following established protocols
Ensure proper positioning and image quality for accurate diagnosis
Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
Educate patients and answer questions about procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Graduate of an accredited Mammography Technology program
Current Texas Medical Board (MRT) license or temporary license required
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) required
Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) required
Prior mammography experience strongly preferred
