Location: Anytime Fitness West Hartford CT
Type: Full-Time (Weekends & Evenings through 8 PM)

Your Mission
As our Club Director / General Manager youll be the driving force behind explosive membership growth next-level member experiences and a top-tier personal training program. Youll take ownership of the clubs performance lead with enthusiasm and turn prospects into raving members every single day!
What Youll Crush
Membership Mastery
Power through 5060 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
Host electric in-club toursovercome objections and seal the deal!
Strategize and launch creative sales campaigns that skyrocket sign-ups.
Leadership & Operations
Lead coach and build a winning team of trainers sales pros and front-desk rockstars.
Own the P&L track KPIs like a pro and pivot strategies to smash revenue targets.
Keep our club sparklingfacility equipment retail displays and inventory.
Fitness & Retail Mogul
Leverage your fitness expertise to support trainers and design member success plans.
Drive personal training package sales through promotions referrals and instructor collaborations.
Curate and merch fitness apparel supplements and gear to boost retail revenue.
Member Experience Architect
Craft an upbeat motivational atmosphere where every member feels seen and supported.
Resolve feedback lightning-fast to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Host dynamic events challenges and community outreach that build buzz and loyalty.
What You Bring
Scheduling Flexibility: Weekdays 10 AM7/8 PM and Saturdays (minimum through mid-afternoon)
Sales Drive: Proven track record of smashing membership targets and mastering objection handling
Fitness Credentials: 2 years in club management personal training or retail leadership in wellness/fitness
Leadership Skills: Coaching mentoring and motivating teams to outperform goals
Retail Savvy: Experience managing inventory merchandising and driving ancillary sales
Dynamic Energy: A positive can-do attitude and the stamina to keep pace in a busy club
